For help with Littletaps, email hello@babykickcount.com. We usually need your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Common troubleshooting
- If sound is not playing, check that Tap Sound is not set to None and that your device volume is up.
- If vibration is not working, check Settings → Haptic Feedback in the app and your device haptics settings.
- If the screen sleeps during a session, turn on Settings → Keep Screen Awake.
- If a CSV export does not appear, confirm that at least one session is complete, timed out, or ended early.
Privacy and deletion
Your kick sessions are stored on your device. You can delete individual sessions in History, or remove all local app data by deleting the app from your device. We cannot recover local sessions after deletion.
